Network tools
Small, focused tools for everyday network questions. They read public records or run in your browser, and nothing you enter is stored.

What is my IP
Your public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, your provider, and an approximate location.
See my addressIP Lookup
Find the network and country behind any IPv4 or IPv6 address.
Paste any address to see who operates it. Private and reserved addresses are identified without being sent anywhere.
DNS Lookup
Query A, AAAA, MX, TXT, NS, and CNAME records for a domain.
Check where a domain points, which servers handle its mail, and what its TXT records say.
Reverse DNS
Find the hostname an IP address points back to.
Go from an address back to a name. Useful for mail servers and for reading logs.
Subnet Calculator
Work out ranges, masks, and host counts for IPv4 and IPv6 blocks.
Plan a network or decode a block. Handles netmasks, /31 links, and splitting into smaller networks.
User Agent
See the browser and system details your browser sends to websites.
See how your browser describes itself, or decode a user agent from a log.
What is not here, and why
There is no port scanner, ping, or traceroute on this site. Those tools send traffic to systems that belong to other people, and running them from a public website invites misuse. Everything here either looks up information that is already public or does its work on your own device.
If you need your address in a script, the API returns it as plain text or JSON.
